We are pleased that Ofsted recognised the inclusive culture and strong personal development at The James Hornsby School. The report highlights the calm, welcoming environment we have created, the support we provide for all pupils, and the opportunities available beyond the classroom.

- Staff make appropriate adjustments to support pupils with SEND and other barriers to learning
- A wide range of enrichment opportunities helps pupils build confidence, independence and teamwork
- Careers education is well planned and prepares pupils for life beyond school
- Leaders have established strong routines and clear expectations that support learning
- Teaching staff feel well supported and value opportunities to develop their practice
